Pulping and Refining

Forming

• Use recycle paper, waste newspaper, cardboard, or kraft paper.

• Pulp is created by mixing paper with water in a hydrapulper.

• The pulp is cleaned and refined to a smooth consistency.

• Additives (if needed) are added for strength, water resistance, or colour.

• The pulp is transferred to forming machines.

• Vacuum suction draws the pulp onto a mesh mould shaped like the final product (tray, box, etc.).

• Water drains, leaving behind a wet pulp shape.

Finishing (Hot-Press)

• The wet moulded pulp is pressed to remove extra water and improve strength & surface finish.

• Hot press is used for industrial packaging to give smooth, rigid surface.

Drying

• Items are dried using ovens, hot air, or sunlight depending on setup.

• Ensures final product is moisture-free and durable.

Packaging & Dispatch

• Finished pulp products are stacked, packed, and dispatched to customers..
